Description:
The Farmers Grain and Terminal short line serves northwestern New Jersey and Northeastern Pennsylvania and is affiliated with the CNJ, DL&W, ERIE, and NYS&W. The layout emphasizes N scales benefits of great detail and operation in a relatively compact pike. The Delaware River winds through a deep gorge and is crossed in several locations by the FG&T main line. Commercial, industrial, residential, and rural areas are represented. Numerous mini scenes also make up a large part of the layout. As an added bonus, Walter has many railroad artifacts on display in his train room.
